Apartel USA will definitely refund your security deposit if you 1. turn in a miminum 48-hour move-out notice to the local rental office which will be immediately time-stamped 2. maintain your rent payment current including other charges such as Community Rule Violation Penalty, etc. 3. clean up the apartment and return the key before 11:00 am on the move-out date. Late move-out must be pre-approved by the management. The apartment must be in the condition the same way as its original state. natural wear and tear are exempted. 4. go through the Walk-through inspection with the management which must be positive. Positive walk-through means that the inspector from the local management does not find any amenity items and/or FF&E missing, damaged or tampered.
